You must set up an account before using this online portal which provides the ability to apply and pay for Land Development Projects, Legislative Applications and Permits. It also allows applicants and the public to schedule inspections, upload documents and monitor the status of their projects and permits.
Contractors or Sub-Contractors:
You must have a valid FL State license to register with Bal Harbour Village Building Department. After successful registration, you will be able to log in with your credentials. *Contractor accounts are for all design professionals, such as, contractors, developers, surveyors, engineers, architects and other professionals. Only one email address can be associated with a single license number.
Public Accounts:
Property Owners please click the 'Setup an Account' link above. After successful registration, you will be able to log in with your credentials.
